Coaching is another way to effect positive personal and professional changes. It is an empowering process for the client, who will be in the driver seat to decide where to go, by what route and how fast she/he wants to reach the destination. A coach is a guide who helps the driver be a better driver by:

• thinking carefully about the destinations and routes,
• overcoming obstacles on the road and
• enjoying the drive
